Rob Apps Phone: A dynamic, forward-thinking and growing main contractor with a turnover of circa 100m have an excellent opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a project in Bedford.

The company have been around for approximately 10 years and have continuously grown from strength to strength. They are privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

They specialise in the delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including industrial, retail, commercial and infrastructure, between 5m to 30m in value. They offer their key clients services nationwide; they have some excellent lasting relationships and win a lot of repeat business as a result.

They are looking for an experienced Project Surveyor to work on a 7m new build industrial and commercial project in Bedford. The Project Surveyor will be supported by a full commercial team on site and the project will last for approximately 30 weeks. Project Surveyor:
Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification

Extensive experience working for a reputable main contractor

Ideally have a track record working on industrial and commercial projects

Excellent commercial skills and awareness

Full UK drivers’ license
