SHEQ Officer (Construction / Civil) Luton £35,000 - £45,000  Training  Progression  Car allowance Company Holidays  Bonus  Hybrid  Car Allowance Are you a SHEQ Officer or Coordinator from the construction or civil industry looking to join a national specialist in adoption works offering qualifications on anything you seem fit and progression into a Senior role where you can manage your own team?

Since their establishment in 2004, this specialist in adoption solution packages for roads, sewers, pumping stations has seen continued growth and now boasts over 260 clients and 75 employees. They are an award winning, BCOP accredited company that has created their own adoption management system with a fantastic opportunity for a SHEQ officer/Advisor to join them. This role will be split between office and field with a southern patch.

Initially you will be in the office where you will be learning the role, assisting the QHSE Manager, reviewing reports, PPE orders and maintaining incident reports with occasional site visits creating health & safety reports. You will provide administrative support for quality management and ensure staff training records are kept up to date and in line with legislation. This role would suit a SHEQ Coordinator or Officer looking to join a young, dynamic, forward-thinking road and sewers specialist that invest in the team they are building.

The Role:

Assisting the QHSE Manager with activities Review reports, and manage PPE orders Maintain accident and incident reports Ensuring staff training records are up to date and in compliance Split between office and field (8:30-5pm Mon-Fri)

The Person : SHEQ Officer or similar from a construction / civil background Willing to commute to office in Tring and site visits Safety, Health, Office, Environmental, Quality, Training, Progression, Advisor, Coordinator, Risk Assessment, Reports, Construction, Roads, Civil, Manager Reference Number: BBBH
