Where Will You Be Working?
You'll be joining a leading highways maintenance team responsible for supporting the safe movement of people and goods across the UK.

As part of one of the UK's largest highway maintenance operations, you'll work with experienced professionals using the latest innovations and technologies to deliver effective solutions. Our services include planned and reactive maintenance, highway improvements, resurfacing, and infrastructure enhancement schemes.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Managing delivery resources to ensure the successful completion of construction projects valued up to £500k and annual programmes worth approximately £4m.
* Leading health, safety, environmental, and quality activities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Working closely with the Programme Manager and Client to develop and deliver annual works programmes.
* Managing the delivery phase of multiple schemes and allocating resources to maximise efficiency and programme performance.
* Undertaking design surveys and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings to establish project requirements and support commercial target costs.
* Reviewing and approving applications for payment in line with agreed commercial objectives.
What You'll Bring
* Experience managing operational resources on construction or highways schemes.
* Proven experience delivering structural maintenance projects, including carriageway and footway resurfacing, surface dressing, and other treatment programmes.
* NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
* SMSTS qualification.
* Relevant construction, engineering, or project management qualifications.
* Knowledge of Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Asta, and Confirm.
* Strong communication, team working, and interpersonal skills
