The People Pod in Luton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major high-rise façade remediation and recladding project. You will lead external envelope works, coordinating specialist subcontractors, programmes, quality, and safety to completion.
Experience in façade systems, remediation sequencing and complex residential schemes is essential. Some exposure to internal refurbishment is a plus as the team expands across diverse projects within the group.
