Position: Site Supervisor x2
We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Site Supervisors to work on a major infrastructure project in Kent
.
The successful candidates will support a specialist ecological contractor with the relocation of a woodland
, helping to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme and site requirements.
The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the works, coordinating site activities and ensuring a safe and well-organised working environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising site activities and workforce on a major infrastructure project
- Supporting the ecological contractor during woodland relocation works
- Coordinating daily activities and ensuring works are completed to programme
- Monitoring health, safety and environmental requirements
- Liaising with site management, contractors and other project personnel
- Ensuring site procedures and RAMS are followed
- Reporting progress and any issues to the wider project team
- Maintaining high standards of site organisation and safety
Requirements
- Gold CSCS card - essential
- Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor on construction/infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
- Experience supervising contractors and site activities
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a busy major-project environment
- Previous infrastructure, highways, civil engineering or environmental works experience would be advantageous
