Full Time Energy Expert –

Location:

Luton Hub – Salary: £27,976 per annum –

Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday - Saturday)

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering support face‑to‑face or by phone.
• Provide practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to help customers reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
• Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
• Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently and translate technical information into everyday language.
• Serve as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and our charitable foundation, Utilita Giving, to support community initiatives.
• Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the team to inspire others to build a cleaner, more connected future.
