Vaccination UK Ltd. is seeking a Call Centre Agent to support vaccination uptake through inbound and outbound calls, obtaining informed consent, and coordinating community clinic operations. The role is office-based, with 7.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday, covering the flu season from September to December.
Candidates should have GCSEs or equivalent, GDPR awareness, and experience in customer-focused roles. English is mandatory; driving licence and access to a car are required.
