Point of Rental Software / Record
360 in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on resolving customer tickets efficiently (about 80%), and also dedicates time to customer implementations and onboarding initiatives to drive successful deployments.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams, become a product expert, and help refine support processes while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
