The Fix Creative Ltd is working with a leading scenery construction production company to find a Senior Project Manager
. They create extraordinary experiences for clients and push creative boundaries. The ideal candidate will have experience in theatre, immersive experiences, events, mini activations and set design.

The role is a rare opportunity to join a growing agency passionate about groundbreaking projects and making the impossible possible. It will be 5 days a week onsite to immerse fully in the work.

• Independent management of projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Generate and refine quotes and initial scheduling.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules, keeping clients and stakeholders up to date with progress.
• Oversee multiple projects, collaborating with the team to deliver on deadlines.
• Excellent communication with the entire team and clients.
• Produce detailed technical designs to enable workshop fabrication.
• Develop and specify suitable build methods, techniques, and materials.
• Track progress, manage changes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
• Demonstrable experience of project management within a workshop environment or similar.
• Strong track record of successful relationship building.
• Commercial acumen, and confidence with negotiation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who isn’t afraid of getting stuck in and collaborating with others.
• Ability to adapt and keep on track with ever-changing specifications.
• Enthusiastic problem solver.
