Salaried GP
to join a well-established and supportive GP practice in
Luton
. This role is ideal for a GP seeking a flexible position within a collaborative environment that prioritises high-quality patient care, clinician wellbeing, and efficient day-to-day workflows.

You will be joining a strong multidisciplinary team, working alongside experienced clinicians and a reliable administrative support function, ensuring a smooth and manageable working day. The practice offers a consistent and sustainable workload, making it well-suited to both newly qualified and experienced GPs.

• £11,000 - £12,700 per session (depending on experience)
• 4-8 sessions per week
• 14-15 patients per session
• 15‑minute appointments
