We are seeking a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward‑thinking Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Luton. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs re‑engage with their learning.

• Delivering one‑to‑one and small‑group SEMH support
• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Helping to deliver engaging, practical learning activities
• Building strong, trusted relationships with pupils
• Supporting behaviour plans and targeted interventions

• Patient, resilient, and confident working with challenging behaviour
• Experience supporting SEMH needs or working within a PRU (desirable but not essential)
• Can build rapport quickly while maintaining clear boundaries
• Ability to commute to Luton
• Passionate about the education and training sector and supporting vulnerable young people
• Remains calm and positive under pressure

• Weekly pay between £460 - £500
