Salary: £180 - £250 per day / Pay to Scale (annum)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm Location: Luton

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary English Teacher (QTS) to join a thriving secondary school in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and challenge students across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Support curriculum planning and development within the English department.
• Foster a love of literature and language, helping students develop strong reading and writing skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where needed.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with GCSE and A-Level specifications.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Ability to drive is preferred; if-percent, reliable access to public transport is essential.
