• Background in sports coaching, physical education, or youth mentoring.
• Experience working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
• Confidence managing behaviour and promoting emotional regulation through sport and activity-based learning.
• Strong interest in mental health, resilience, and positive behaviour support.
• Confident, adaptable, and committed to making a difference in the Luton SEMH community.
• Passion for physical activity and the ability to use sport to motivate and inspire learners.

Responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and encouraging students to engage in learning through structure, motivation, and consistency.
