HLTA – Luton
We are recruiting a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a welcoming school in Luton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant looking to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in supporting teaching and learning.
Responsibilities- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
- Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups
- Assisting with planning and assessment
- Supporting behaviour and engagement
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience
- Previous experience working in a UK school
- Confident leading learning activities
