Are you an experienced SEN or SEMH Teaching Assistant looking for a role that offers flexibility, consistency, and the chance to make a real impact?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a background in sports coaching, physical education, or youth mentoring.
• Enjoys working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
• Is confident managing behaviour and promoting emotional regulation through sport and activity-based learning.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values wellbeing, inclusion, and professional development within the education and training environment.

• Experience working with young people or within a school, coaching, or youth setting.
• A strong interest in mental health, resilience, and positive behaviour support.
• Confident, adaptable, and committed to making a difference in the Luton SEMH community.
• A passion for physical activity and the ability to use sport to motivate and inspire learners.

As a Cover Supervisor in Luton, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre‑planned lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and encouraging students to engage in learning through structure, motivation, and consistency.
