• Teach Music across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver a balance of practical and theory-based lessons
• Support students in performance, composition, and listening
• Prepare students for GCSE coursework and assessment
• Manage behaviour and movement during practical lessons
• Encourage participation and confidence in all pupils
• Track progress and provide clear feedback

• Lessons are organised and structured
• Students understand expectations from the start
• Practical work is focused and purposeful
• Participation is encouraged across all levels
• Behaviour remains calm and consistent

• QTS necessary
• Experience teaching Music or strong musical background
• Confidence delivering practical sessions
• Strong classroom management
• Organisation and lesson planning skills

• Students participate more confidently

• Lessons run smoothly and productively
