Experience of working directly with children in care and care leavers is essential, alongside a strong understanding of the challenges they may face when accessing and sustaining learning and employment opportunities.

You will be confident working within multi‑agency environments, building effective relationships with professionals, education providers, employers and partner organisations to ensure young people receive the support they need. Experience of providing information, advice and guidance to young people and adults, including those over the age of 19, would be advantageous.
