Choice Teachers is seeking a dedicated SENCo to lead SEND provision across two local academies in Luton, delivering strategic direction, policy oversight, and high-quality support for pupils with additional needs. The role combines responsibility across a primary and a secondary site to maximise inclusive practice.
You will manage a team of learning support staff, work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies, and monitor progress to ensure every child receives tailored education
