- Take on management responsibility appropriate for a Senior Lecturer.
- Teach on Childhood and Youth professional qualifications.
- Undertake work‑base/placement visits.
- Play a key role in the development of the provision across the portfolio.
- Provide leadership of the postgraduate JNC provision.
- Maintain knowledge of national and international perspectives and contemporary research and development in childhood and youth studies.
- Contribute to academic publication record commensurate with grade and role.
- JNC‑recognised professional qualification in youth and community work.
- Substantial professional experience in youth and community work.
- Experience in teaching childhood and youth studies at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
- Publication record commensurate with grade and role.
- Knowledge of contemporary research, policy and practice in childhood and youth studies.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
