Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in Luton that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join their successful department from September 2026

This is a full-time opportunity initially until December 2026
, with the possibility of the role being extended for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence, resilience and strong problem-solving skills in a supportive learning environment.
The Role- Full-time Teacher of Mathematics
- Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience desirable but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging, challenging and differentiated lessons
- Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback to support student achievement
- Working collaboratively within an experienced and supportive Maths department
- September 2026 start
- Initially until December 2026, with the opportunity for the contract to be extended
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring a love of Mathematics
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the wider school community
- Applications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers
- A welcoming and supportive leadership team
