English Teacher – Luton, Bedfordshire

September 2026 – December 2026 (Long Term Supply – Potential Permanent from January 2027)

£168‑£252 a day (MPS – UPS1 England Pay Scale)

This full‑time long‑term supply position starts in September 2026 and runs through December 2026 on a full‑time basis, 5 days a week. It offers an opportunity for a permanent role from January 2027 for the right candidate.

The role will involve teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Must have UK QTS/QTLS or be in the process of gaining.
• Strong academics across the board – degree, A Levels, and GCSEs.
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level.
• Must be willing to listen to feedback.
