The Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group interventions.
  • Assist with early phonics, reading, writing, maths, and creative learning activities.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and personal development.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work closely with experienced teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Is patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
  • Can comfortably commute to Luton.
  • Has previous experience in education, childcare, or a nursery setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Is considering a future career in teaching or education.
