The successful Economics Teacher will be expected to teach KS4 and KS5
, delivering well-structured lessons covering areas such as markets, economic performance, government policy, international economics, business behaviour, and financial decision-making.

You will be expected to create an engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, analyse information, evaluate different perspectives, and apply economic theory to real-world situations. The ability to use current examples to bring economic concepts to life would be particularly valuable.

Alongside classroom teaching, the successful candidate will contribute to assessment, marking, curriculum planning, and the monitoring of student progress. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure students receive consistent support and are appropriately prepared for their examinations.
