Seetec Group is seeking an Employability Trainer to deliver high-quality employability and work preparation support to participants on the Youth Jobs Guarantee programme in Dorset & Hampshire.
You will run bite-sized workshops, group sessions, online training and 1:1 coaching to help young people build CVs, prepare for interviews and identify local job opportunities. The role focuses on making a tangible difference while supporting career progression in the local community.
