Inclusion Intervention Space Teacher

Teacher post to lead a new Inclusion Intervention Space at Westdene Primary School, a permanent full-time role starting January 2027 or earlier. The work centres on designing and delivering provision that helps pupils overcome barriers to learning and build independence within the school's inclusive community. The space is being planned to support autistic pupils, those working well below age-related expectations, and pupils needing help with self-regulation and engagement in learning.

Successful candidates must pass a DBS check.

• Lead an Inclusion Intervention Space for pupils

• Support autistic pupils and those working significantly below age-related expectations
• Manage a small group of pupils
• Help shape and develop the Inclusion Intervention Space model
