Year 5 class teacher – Luton January 2027 start | Full-time | Paid to scale Complete Classroom Services is currently seeking a passionate, committed and experienced Year 5 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Luton from January 2027. The role:

Full-time Year 5 Class Teacher. January 2027 start. Competitive salary paid to the appropriate teacher pay scale. Full class teacher responsibilities. Planning, preparing and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons. Taking responsibility for the progress, attainment and development of all pupils within the class. Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress. Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment. Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support.

Maintaining effective communication with parents, carers and colleagues. Contributing to staff meetings, planning sessions and wider school activities. The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching within a primary school setting. Ideally have previous experience teaching in Key Stage
2. Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Be confident planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons. Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour. Be organised, adaptable and committed to providing excellent teaching and learning. Be able to take full responsibility for a Year 5 classroom. Why apply? Salary paid to scale.
