Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our key client in Luton

This role would suit someone with a proven background working in a Mechanical Design role in a fast-paced environment with 5 years+ experience with any experience in Conveyors, Materials Handling, Special Purpose Machinery, bespoke Machinery, Automation or similar would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be designing bespoke project designs for customers from concept to completion.
Making modifications to existing designs
Liaising with production and manufacturing to ensure designs can be created and meet project deadlines

Key Attributes:

Ideally experience designing conveyors, materials handling, mechanical handling, special purpose machinery or similar would be preferable.
Solidworks is preferable but would consider another CAD package if someone has the industry related experience
