Location: Luton
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours, days)

The Opportunity

We're recruiting an Engine MRO Technician to support aircraft engine maintenance and refurbishment within a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry out engine maintenance, repairs and refurbishment
  • Manage engine projects from initial intake through to reporting and release
  • Inspect components and identify scrap, rework or refit requirements
  • Assemble engines to defined standards and complete release certification
  • Produce technical reports and cost estimates for customers
  • Maintain accurate work files and documentation
  • Support daily operations and team leadership when required
  • Work closely with planning teams and provide cover where needed
  • Occasionally support field-based engine work

What You'll Need to Succeed

You'll work on engines for customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), playing a key role in delivering high‑quality MRO services.

Essential:

  • Previous aircraft engine maintenance experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft engines and regulations
  • Ability to read technical documentation and follow procedures
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions

Desirable:

  • Experience with in an MRO or service centre environment
  • Understanding of commercial aspects and pricing/estimation
