This role is based in our Luton office. A full UK driving licence is essential. You must have full UK right to work; we are unable to sponsor due to thresholds required.

• Support the design and assessment of bridges and civil structures across highways, rail and major infrastructure projects.
• Assist in producing calculations, drawings, BIM models and technical reports.
• Undertake site inspections and surveys with senior guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and project managers to deliver high‑quality design solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, standards and digital design practices.

Qualifications
:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). Working toward IEng/CEng or membership of ICE/IStruct

Experience
:
Recent graduate exposure to bridge or structural engineering through placements, graduate roles and academic projects. Experience with UK standards (DMRB, Eurocodes) or involvement in design consultancy work.

Skills
:
Basic structural analysis knowledge; proficiency in CAD/BIM tools; strong communication and teamwork. Familiarity with software such as MIDAS, LUSAS or similar FE packages.
