Synergize Consulting is recruiting an experienced Engineering Work Package Manager to join a high‑performing Integrated Project Team on defence programmes. You will own engineering work packages, delivering compliant, high‑quality solutions across lifecycle from concept to delivery.
You will balance technical performance, cost and schedule while leading multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes, with hybrid onsite work four days a week in Luton and UK travel as required.
