Are you a Mechanical/Product Development Engineer looking to work on a variety of products with real ownership and long-term technical development? On offer is a hands-on role where you'll develop existing technical products, working closely with manufacturing partners and gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle in a growing business. This is an established and expanding organisation with a strong market presence, known for investing in its people and offering ongoing training, support, and the opportunity to broaden your engineering skillset within a collaborative team.

• Support new product development and improve existing designs
• Coordinate prototyping and testing
• Deliver high-quality, compliant products
• Problem solving and technical documentation
• Drive continuous product improvements

• Mechanically biased engineer with product development experience
• Strong problem solver with a structured, proactive approach
• Confident communicator who can work independently and within a team
