Product Development Engineer – £45,000‑£50,000 + Training and Development, Annual Bonuses and Company benefits.
Location:
Luton (commutable from Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Watford, Stevenage, St Albans).
Are you a Mechanical/Product Development Engineer looking to work on a variety of products with real ownership and long‑term technical development? On offer is a hands‑on role where you'll develop existing technical products, working closely with manufacturing partners and gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle in a growing business.
Role- Develop existing technical products and enhance them with real ownership
- Improve and refine designs, coordinate prototyping and testing, and work cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality, compliant products
- Collaborate across teams and with global manufacturing partners
- Mechanically biased engineer with product development experience
- Strong problem solver with a structured, proactive approach
- Confident communicator who can work independently and within a team
