As a Back End Engineer, you will support manufacturing sites across EMEA and globally, driving process improvements, installations, and best practice implementation. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising back-end production equipment while supporting innovation, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide engineering support for projects and process improvements

Support installations, audits, and efficiency initiatives

Drive maintenance standards and best practices

Deliver technical support and training to plant teams

Identify root causes and implement effective solutions

Manage small-scale plant projects

Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and engineering teams

Produce clear and timely site visit reports

What we are looking for:

Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent) knowledge of concorde machine

Strong knowledge of back-end manufacturing processes

Proven problem-solving and process improvement skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Strong MS Office skills

Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Self-motivated team player
