Are you an experienced Process Safety Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Due to significant investment and an exciting period of expansion, a leading manufacturing organisation in Cornwall is seeking a Senior Process Safety Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a business that is scaling rapidly, investing heavily in its people, processes, and long-term future. If you’re passionate about driving high safety standards and influencing site-wide process safety strategy, this role offers both impact and progression.

• Circa £65,000 salary (open to negotiation for the right individual)
• 10% annual bonus
• £8,000 relocation support to help you settle into the area

• Lead and enhance process safety across a complex manufacturing operation
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP/LOPA studies, and safety audits
• Support regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to COMAH and safety standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen site safety performance
• Provide expert guidance to engineers, operations, and leadership teams

• Strong background in Process Safety Engineering within manufacturing, chemicals, COMAH, or related industries
• Experience with safety systems, risk analysis, and process safety management
• Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
• Passionate about maintaining and improving safe working environments
