Luton, Bedfordshire Salary/Benefits: £26k - £40k DOE  Training & Benefits We are recruiting for a professional Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the South East of England. Our client is seeking someone who has versatile industry knowledge to commence with vigour to work across a mixed portfolio of sites. Ensuring a high level of service to clients and providing technical reports and schematic drawings.

Qualifications:

-Extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
-Essential to be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
-Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
-Persevering and enthusiastic
-Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
-Adaptable to travel as per company requirements

The Role:

-Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
-Identifying required remedial works and compliance risks
-Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings
-Shower head descales
-Providing updates and technical advice directly to clients
-Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring Alternative job titles:
