FP&A Analyst – Leading UK Retailer
Salary: circa £55,000 + benefits
Location: Luton, 3 days per week and 2 days hybrid

• Owning the Business Planning & Forecasting cycle, partnering across Finance and Operations.
• Building and enhancing financial models to support long‑term planning and scenario analysis.
• Leading new site modelling—evaluating viability, projecting performance, and supporting investment decisions.
• Providing clear, actionable analysis to senior stakeholders to support commercial decision‑making.
• Monitoring performance against plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting, modelling, and planning processes.

• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi‑site or retail environment.
• Excellent financial modelling skills (Excel/Sheets) with the ability to build from scratch.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex data for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and curiosity.
• Part‑qualified, qualified, or QBE—what matters most is capability and impact.
