A high-growth consumer brand located in Luton is seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of overheads, monthly reporting, and budgeting cycles. This hands-on role involves business partnering with senior leaders and driving financial discipline. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with a strong background in management accounting and a good working knowledge of MS Excel. This position offers a flexible working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and includes a 10% annual bonus.
