We Do Group are hiring a Management Accountant to join a fast-scaling consumer goods business. This is a high-visibility role with full ownership of overheads, monthly reporting and budgeting cycles.

As well as month-end ownership, you will business partner senior leaders - challenging spend, improving forecast accuracy and bringing clarity to performance.

This is a hands‑on role with genuine impact. It's ideal for someone who enjoys building robust reporting, strengthening financial discipline and business partnering with non‑finance teams to drive better decisions.

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CA) or Finalist
• Experienced Management Accountant
• Commercially curious, comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing cost control

• Own and continuously improve the monthly management accounts pack
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting with meaningful commentary
• Take full ownership of overhead reporting, governance and analysis
• Partner with budget holders to review spend and understand variances
• Challenge assumptions and drive accountability across cost centres
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process for overheads
• Consolidate forecasts into an integrated financial model
• Produce high-quality reporting for Board review
• Strengthen forecast accuracy and financial planning discipline
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with accounting standards
• Identify cost efficiencies and value‑creation opportunities
• Provide forward‑looking insight to support strategic decision‑making

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) or Finalist
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in both month‑end reporting and business partnering, challenging stakeholders
• Confident operating in a growing, fast‑moving business

• 10% annual bonus
• 3 days in the office (Luton) / 2 days remote
