Corporate Tax Manager

Due to continued growth and a number of high-profile client wins, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our Luton team. This role offers extensive exposure to highly technical and complex corporate tax compliance for a diverse and high-quality client portfolio, with responsibility for leading engagements and driving technical excellence in an increasingly complex tax environment.

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery and review of complex corporate tax compliance engagements
• Lead the preparation and review of corporation tax computations and returns for large and technically challenging clients
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, providing clear, well-reasoned advice on compliance matters
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure clients remain compliant
• Identify technical risks and opportunities arising from compliance work
• Manage, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting retention and growth

• Strong technical expertise in corporate tax compliance
• Proven experience managing complex tax engagements and reviewing work to a high technical standard
• Ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation
• Detail-focused, commercially aware, and client-centric approach
• Experience leading and developing teams

• ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA (or equivalent), or relevant law/tax qualification
• Significant experience as a corporate tax practitioner
• Experience in tax accounting and/or tax audit
