As a member of an International Tax Team, you will help advise a diverse range of clients on complex tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities- Work on cross‑border M&A transactions.
- Provide tax planning advice.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation.
- Deliver US tax consulting services, including US corporate, partnership and individual tax matters.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and propose additional solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with senior managers, directors and partners to support client engagements.
- Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues.
- US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
- Demonstrable knowledge of US tax law.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Client facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of quality control procedures.
