You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business, providing critical insights, driving financial planning and forecasting excellence, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Flexibility: hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite at your local Credera office (London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle).
Base pay range
: £70,000–£82,500 per annum.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and long‑term P+L forecasting cycles, delivering accurate and timely outputs for senior management.
- Maintain and enhance financial models in TM1 / Planning Analytics, moving beyond Excel‑only approaches.
- Perform variance analysis, highlighting key drivers and delivering actionable insights to management.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
- Own the end‑to‑end budgeting process, coordinating with budget holders across the business.
- Partner with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to challenge assumptions and influence decision‑making.
- Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes, embedding best practices.
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial targets with business objectives.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling best practices and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
