• Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent client engagements - managing overall project execution, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project teams by collaborating with Managers and Senior Analysts to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and Clearsultingstandards.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable workplans, balancing client priorities with project constraints.
• Drive project governance: monitor milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring transparency through regular reporting.
• Lead strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for expanded value

• Bachelor’s or Master’sDegree in a relevant field of study.
• 7+ years of experience in finance management consulting, including digital finance technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and drive account growth.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and change management practices, including SDLC principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

• Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
