Park Avenue Recruitment is recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer on behalf of a Bedfordshire local authority. The role focuses on helping residents sustain their accommodation, working with tenants and landlords to prevent tenancy breakdown and reduce the need for temporary accommodation.
You will work proactively to resolve rent arrears, build relationships with landlords, and carry out casework with vulnerable households within the homelessness team.
