Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for a Bedfordshire local authority to help residents sustain their accommodation and prevent tenancy breakdown. You will work closely with tenants and landlords to secure stable housing and reduce reliance on temporary accommodation.
You will support tenants at risk, address rent arrears, and build strong relationships with landlords and housing providers while applying prevention funding where appropriate.
