Full time & Part time Disability Assessor - Luton - 5% increase After Training

Salary:

• PIP Functional Assessor (3 assessments per day) - £40,850 starting salary + £1,000 increase at 6 and 12 months+ Excellent Bonus Scheme.
• WCA Functional Assessor (5/6 shorter assessments per day) - £43,750 starting salary + £1,00 increase at 12 months+ Excellent Bonus Scheme

• Hybrid working with up to 10% annual bonus
• Monday to Friday only – no weekends, nights, or bank holidays

• Conduct functional assessments via phone and face-to-face consultations
• Review medical evidence and produce detailed, high-quality DWP reports
• Work in a quality-focused environment – no sales targets or pressure
• Make fair, evidence-based recommendations that truly support claimants

• Registered RN, OT, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (adult setting)
• Active NMC or HCPC registration
• Strong communication and report‑writing skills
• No sponsorship available
