What you’ll be doing  
Conduct functional assessments (face-to-face, video, telephone)
Evaluate how conditions impact daily living and work
Apply clinical reasoning to make evidence-based decisions
Produce clear, structured assessment reports
Review medical evidence and collaborate with clinicians  Who this suits  
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
or
HCPC Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
Minimum 12 months UK post-registration experience
Comfortable using IT systems and writing reports
