We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Luton.

About the RoleAs a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of the individuals we support throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include- Providing a calm and supportive presence throughout the night.
- Monitoring residents' well‑being and responding appropriately to any needs or emergencies.
- Assisting with personal care tasks as required (e.g., toileting, changing continence pads).
- Supporting individuals who may experience anxiety or distress during the night.
- Following individual support plans and risk assessments.
- Completing accurate and timely records of observations and interventions.
- Ensuring the environment is safe and secure.
- Assisting with light domestic duties as required.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
- Reliability, patience, and a calm and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and responsible attitude.
- A willingness to undertake relevant training and development.
- Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) is an advantage.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check will be required.
