What you will do:

  • Provide specialist assessment and intervention for working-age adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health challenges.
  • Use a recovery-focused and person-centred approach to help service users develop skills, confidence, and routines in self-care, productivity, and leisure.
  • Contribute to assessment, care planning, risk management, and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team through both one-to-one and group interventions.
  • Support service users in accessing community resources that promote recovery and social inclusion.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant mental health experience is required.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car are preferable for this role.
