Head First is recruiting two dedicated Support Workers for a new brain injury rehabilitation package in Poole, Dorset. You will provide person-centred support in the client’s home and community, under the Case Manager’s guidance, helping progress toward goals and develop independence.
Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am–3:00pm with occasional weekend work; full-time and part-time opportunities exist. A comprehensive induction, supervision and ongoing professional development are provided.
