South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Planning Team Leader to support the deployment of our operational workforce will coordinate Resource Planners, ensure accurate recording of staff hours and rota management using the workforce system (GRS).
You'll analyse planning and performance data, resolve scheduling issues, and provide leadership and training to the Planning Team. A diploma level or equivalent and NHS or public sector experience are desirable.
